In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items ship after completion (2–4 weeks). You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Care Instructions
For routine maintenance, gently shake out or vacuum on low suction. For spot cleaning, blot (don't rub) with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the rug or machine washing.
Our yarns are colorfast and designed to hold their vibrancy. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to keep colors looking their best over time.
Our rugs are designed for indoor use. Exposure to moisture and the elements can damage the backing and yarns over time.
Returns & Policy
Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.
We package every rug carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
